China Air Transport Association: Standardizing the handling of overbooked flights to protect passenger rights. The group standards for overbooked flights are currently being studied and formulated.

In order to further guide airlines to standardize the handling of flight overbooking, better protect passengers' rights to information and choice, and safeguard passengers' legitimate rights and interests, under the guidance of the Civil Aviation Administration of China, the China Air Transport Association is organizing various airlines to research and formulate group standards for flight overbooking, focusing on standardizing key content such as flight overbooking information disclosure and compensation schemes. Once the standard is completed, it will be publicly solicited for opinions, and valuable suggestions from the general public and all sectors of society are welcome.
