Cyberspace Administration of China issues "Global Cooperation Initiative for Smart Body Trust, Interconnection and Interoperability".

On July 17th, the Chinese National Internet Information Office, together with relevant parties, proposed the "Global Initiative for Trust, Interconnection, and Interoperability of Intelligent Entities" at the main forum of the 2026 World Artificial Intelligence Conference and Global Governance High-level Meeting on Artificial Intelligence. We hope to gather consensus from all parties and work together with global partners to build an open, trustworthy, secure, and inclusive ecosystem for intelligent entities. We support the establishment of open, non-discriminatory, and transparent international standards for interoperability of intelligent entities, based on universal participation from all countries, and promoting compatibility and mutual recognition of interfaces, interoperability protocols, semantics, and processes at the level of interoperability and recognition. Establish an open standard verification and iteration mechanism to avoid technological barriers and ecological fragmentation, and promote seamless access of different intelligent entities to a global collaboration network.
