Hunan Tianyan announced that the eleventh meeting of the fourteenth board of directors held on July 17, 2026, approved the appointment proposal. It was agreed to appoint Xiao Jun as the Chief Accountant and Chief Legal Counsel, with a term until the eleventh session of the board of directors expires. General Manager Ye Fen will no longer perform the related duties; Deng Hao was appointed as the Secretary of the Board of Directors, with the same term, and Chairman Yang Baoquan will no longer perform this duty. As of the date of the announcement, Xiao Jun does not hold any shares, and Deng Hao directly holds 67,000 shares, which were obtained through equity incentives.
