He wrote on social media platform on Friday, "Now is a good time to focus on the Hong Kong market and look for stocks that are cheap, and have the potential to perform well after the halo fades in South Korea, Japan, and iShares Semiconductor ETF." Earlier this month, he had mentioned that he increased his holdings in JD.com. Morgan Stanley also advised investors to increase their holdings in the Hong Kong stock market partially due to optimism about the earnings prospects of businesses.
