According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Zhaoyao Yunqi New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. was established, with Liu Yuming as the legal representative and a registered capital of 18.3 million yuan. Its business scope includes sales of solar thermal utilization equipment, sales of solar thermal power generation equipment, sales of solar thermal utilization products, and centralized fast charging stations, etc. Shareholding penetration by Qichacha shows that the company is jointly held by Zhaoxin Intelligent Energy Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Zhaoxin Stock, and China Enterprise Guoyun Intelligent Energy Technology Co., Ltd.
