Hong Kong Holdings (600162.SH) subsidiary signed a 7.96 billion yuan data center business agreement with China Mobile Ningxia Company.

China Mobile Communications Group Ningxia Co., Ltd. ("China Mobile Ningxia") signed an "Internet Data Center Business Agreement" with Guangzhou Xiangjiang Cloud Technology Co., Ltd. ("Xiangjiang Cloud") on July 16, 2026. China Mobile Ningxia will provide management services for Xiangjiang Cloud's related equipment using the corresponding data center facilities, as well as renting database systems or servers and their storage space, communication lines and export bandwidth, and other application services through outsourcing. Xiangjiang Cloud will pay China Mobile Ningxia a total estimated amount of 796 million yuan for a period of 5 years.
