Australia's AI cloud services provider, SharonAI Holdings, announced on July 16th local time that they have signed a five-year cloud computing services agreement with a global artificial intelligence lab worth a total of $1.32 billion. According to the agreement, the company will deploy cloud computing solutions in a data center in New Zealand, with related revenue expected to be recognized from the first quarter to the second quarter of 2027. Sharon AI stated that the total capacity of the company's AI Factory is 132 megawatts, with 116 megawatts already contracted to end customers, and they plan to deploy over 62,000 NVIDIA GPUs by the middle of 2027.
