Shenzhen Core Technology announced on July 16 that, due to management needs and the completion of the business registration change of the legal representative of the company, new official seals, two new contract seals, a new financial seal, a new invoice seal, and a new legal representative's name seal have been used recently. The above-mentioned seals have all completed the filing procedures in the public security department. These seals will take effect from the date of use, and the original seals will be invalidated and no longer used. The relevant textual materials related to normal business activities that were used before the original seals were invalidated will remain valid. The company has sealed the original seals in accordance with relevant regulations, and destroyed them in accordance with the prescribed procedures to ensure they are not used illegally.
