Wisdom Financial News APP News, All-Win Intelligent Technology (00209) announced that the Board of Directors has been notified by Ms. Wang Jingyu, the executive director, chairman of the board and CEO of the company, that on July 16, 2026 (after the trading session), the company's current major shareholders and all of its issued shares are wholly owned by Peak Access International Limited (Peak Access) owned by Ms. Wang Jingyu. Peak Access has entered into a private placement letter with Zhongce Fuhui Securities Co., Ltd. (placement agent). Peak Access intends to sell up to approximately 299 million shares of the company through the placement agent, accounting for approximately 20.14% of the company's issued share capital, with each share priced at not less than HK$0.33.
