Xinlaifu: Proposed investment in the construction of electronic special micro-nano powder material industrialization project.

On July 16th, Xinlaifu announced that the company plans to adjust the investment and use of funds for the "Sensitive Resistor Production Capacity Expansion Project" from 250 million yuan to 136 million yuan. The reduced 114 million yuan and the 115 million yuan over-raised funds will be concentrated on the new project "Industrialization Construction Project of Electronic Special Nano-powder Materials", with any shortfall in funds being resolved by the company's own funds. The new investment project follows the trend of replacing precious metals, meeting the increasing demand in the fields of photovoltaics and MLCC. Taking into account the revised project construction period, the company plans to delay the completion of the Sensitive Resistor Production Capacity Expansion Project from October 2027 to October 2028.
