Sunshine Nora announced that the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller, Li Qian and Ningbo Baojun Asset Management Co., Ltd., have signed a "Stock Transfer Agreement". It is planned to transfer 5.6 million shares of the company's unrestricted tradable shares held directly by Li Qian through the agreement, accounting for 5.00% of the total share capital of the company. The transfer price is 41.56 yuan per share, with a total transfer price of 233 million yuan. After this equity change, Li Qian, the actual controller of the company, will hold 25.2973 million shares of the company, accounting for 22.59% of the total share capital of the company.
