Infineon launches cloud-based virtual platform on AWS to accelerate automotive microcontroller evaluation.

Infineon Technologies AG is working with Amazon Web Services to accelerate the microcontroller evaluation process and shorten the development cycle of automotive systems. As part of this collaboration, Infineon has launched a cloud platform supported by AWS for virtual evaluation of its automotive microcontrollers. This new platform eliminates the need for physical hardware and helps reduce the evaluation cycle from weeks to minutes, significantly lowering the evaluation costs for individual users, while supporting hundreds of users globally to use concurrently. The platform has integrated Infineon's next-generation RISC-V architecture microcontrollers.
