According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Xiamen Zhenyu Automotive Parts Co., Ltd. was established, with Chen Dahua as the legal representative and a registered capital of 50 million yuan. Its business scope includes: manufacturing of automobile parts and accessories; processing of non-ferrous metals; production of battery accessories; sales of battery accessories; manufacturing of plastic products, etc. The equity penetration of Qichacha shows that the company is wholly owned by Zhenyu Technology.
