According to the Securities Times APP, the Hong Kong Tourism Board announced that there were 3.72 million visitors in June 2026, an increase of 7% compared to the same period last year. In the first half of the year, there were approximately 26.71 million visitors to Hong Kong, representing a 13% year-on-year increase. Among them, there were 20.56 million visitors from mainland China, an increase of 16% year-on-year; and 6.16 million visitors from non-mainland regions, an increase of 5% year-on-year.
