Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen arrived in Shanghai to attend the 2026 World Artificial Intelligence Conference and the High-Level Meeting on Global Governance of Artificial Intelligence.

On the afternoon of the 16th, Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen arrived at Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport by plane. He will attend the 2026 World Artificial Intelligence Conference and Global Governance High-Level Meeting to be held in Shanghai from July 17th to 20th. In 2025, China and Cambodia signed a memorandum of understanding to deepen cooperation in artificial intelligence, strengthen cooperation in the development and governance of artificial intelligence, and promote the benefits of artificial intelligence technology for the people of both countries.
