After deliberation by the China Railway Construction Party Committee and China Railway Construction, Comrade Liu Shoucheng was appointed as the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the China Railway 12th Bureau, and is the candidate for General Manager. Comrade Huang Weiyuan was appointed as the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of China Railway 12th Bureau, and is the candidate for Workers' Director and Chairman of the Trade Union. Zhang Wenzhong was selected as the Chief Accountant of China Railway 12th Bureau.
