STEM: M&G's three shareholders have collectively increased their stake to 5.03%

Announcement from the Science and Technology Department: M&G Investment Management Limited, M&G Securities Limited and M&G Luxembourg S.A. have collectively increased their holdings of the company's shares to 18.38 million shares through the Shenzhen Stock Exchange's centralized bidding method, accounting for 5.03% of the company's total share capital and 5.26% excluding the shares held in the company's repurchase special securities account. This equity change is an increase in holdings, does not trigger a tender offer, and will not result in a change of the company's controlling shareholders or ultimate controlling party.
