West Electric in China: jointly invest 680 million yuan with Southwest Limited Company of China Electrical Equipment Group to establish Chongqing West Electric Switchgear Company.

China West Electric announces that the company plans to jointly invest 680 million yuan with Southwest Limited Company of China Electrical Equipment Group to establish Chongqing West Electric High Voltage Switch Co., Ltd., and implement the Chongqing High Voltage Switch Smart Factory project. Among them, the company will invest 374 million yuan, holding 55% of the shares; Southwest Company will invest 306 million yuan, holding 45% of the shares.
