Dehui Group: Subsidiary completes acquisition of 100% equity of Changchun Changrong, commercial registration change completed.

The announcement of Delian Group stated that on December 30, 2025, the company agreed to allow its wholly-owned subsidiary Changchun Youchi to acquire 100% equity of Changchun Changrong held by Liu Maochang, Di Yanping, and Jilin Tianmao Real Estate Group. On July 14, 2026, Changchun Changrong completed the relevant industrial and commercial registration changes, with a registered capital of 63.35 million yuan and Wu Shuwen as the legal representative. After the change, Changchun Changrong became a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company and was included in the consolidated financial statements, ending the "Trustee Management Agreement".
