Recently, in Guangzhou Zengcheng, the most representative residential area "Guangzhou Yard", the property fee has been reduced from 3.5 yuan per square meter to 2.8 yuan. The Zengcheng District government has issued 11 consecutive notices, requiring the cancellation or reduction of some residential property fees. In addition to Guangzhou Yard, the property fee for Aoyuan Xinyufu has been reduced from 2.9 yuan to 2.6 yuan, and several projects that were under construction have been directly cancelled. The basis for the reduction in the fee of super first-class property is the standard fee of 2.80 yuan per square meter per month in Guangzhou. This means that the services originally charged at 3.5 yuan did not meet the corresponding level.
