On July 12, the Liaoning Province Flood Control and Drought Relief Headquarters Office announced that due to the impact of rainfall, rivers such as the Liao River, Hun River, Taizi River, and Puhai River have experienced significant water level increases. In response to this round of rainfall, as of 6:00 on the 13th, a total of 171,412 people have been evacuated in the province. Local authorities are making all-out efforts to combat the situation, with cities such as Shenyang, Fushun, Jinzhou, Tieling, and Panjin suspending classes, business operations, and work on the 13th.
