The Tianjin Meteorological Observatory downgraded the orange rainstorm warning signal to the blue warning signal at 10:40 on July 12: There have been heavy to severe rainstorms in the northern part of Tianjin, with locally extraordinary heavy rainstorms. Currently, most areas have seen a decrease in rainfall, but it is expected that Tianjin will continue to experience rain in the next 24 hours due to the influence of the peripheral cloud system of the typhoon. In the central urban area, the four surrounding districts, Binhai New Area, and Jinghai District, the average rainfall is expected to be 10-25 mm, with locally 30-60 mm of rainfall. The above-mentioned areas will have their orange rainstorm warning signals downgraded to blue. Jizhou District will maintain the red rainstorm warning signal, while Wuqing District, Baodi District, and Ninghe District will maintain the orange rainstorm warning signal.
