As of the disclosure date of the announcement, the company has obtained the acquisition qualification and signed the property transaction contract with the Green Fund on July 10, with a final transfer price of 1.116 billion yuan. After the completion of the transaction, the company's direct and indirect holdings in Chint An Energy will increase from 68.08% to 71.24%.
