As of July 2026, the number of overseas investors in the Mutual Exchange Channel has increased to one hundred. The trading volume in the first quarter of 2026 reached 1.78 trillion RMB, a year-on-year increase of 26%. The Mutual Exchange Channel is an innovative cross-border connectivity mechanism launched in May 2023, allowing overseas investors to directly participate in the domestic interest rate derivatives market through cross-border infrastructure connections.
