The "low-altitude economy" takes off, how does the rule of law escort? On July 9th, the Low-Altitude Economy Circuit Court in Shangjie District, Zhengzhou City was inaugurated. This is the first circuit court in Henan Province specifically targeting the low-altitude economy field. It is understood that the newly established Low-Altitude Economy Circuit Court focuses on three types of enterprise disputes: contract disputes, intellectual property rights infringement, and labor disputes. It has set up a specialized adjudication team to implement centralized jurisdiction, centralized trial, uniform judgment standards, and improve the quality and efficiency of case handling. The court has established a circuit trial point in the Zhengzhou National Civil Aviation Demonstration Zone to regularly conduct circuit hearings, on-site mediation, and case guidance, allowing businesses to enjoy pre-litigation mediation, filing consultation, and fast-track trial services without leaving the premises. Additionally, the court has established a "fast filing, fast trial, fast execution" green channel, giving priority to the acceptance, preservation, and execution of low-altitude economy cases, minimizing the impact of judicial cycles on business operations.
