The satellite communication working group has been formally established in Beijing.

The China Academy of Information and Communications Technology (CAICT) recently announced that, under the guidance of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's Information and Communications Administration, the Industrial Internet Industry Alliance Satellite Communications Working Group has officially been established in Beijing. The Satellite Communications Working Group aims to establish an industry exchange and cooperation platform, accelerate research and development of key core satellite communication technologies, promote innovation and development of non-terrestrial networks and other technologies, gather various forces to jointly cultivate an open and shared satellite communication industry ecosystem, and support the construction of a strong manufacturing country, a strong aerospace country, a strong network country, and the development of a digital China.
