The "13th Five-Year Plan" for information and communication industry in Guangdong Province was recently opened to the public for comments. It mentioned promoting the special action of "using milliseconds for calculation" in urban areas. Promote the construction of a high-speed, large-capacity, low-latency, and ubiquitous urban computing power network, achieve "millisecond interconnection of computing power centers, millisecond access of computing power resources, and millisecond accessibility of computing power applications".
