Support Shaoguan's application for the hub interconnection center, promote the transformation and upgrading of the Guangzhou Internet Exchange Center of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the national (Shenzhen-Qianhai) new Internet Exchange Center, and innovate development, accelerate the construction of the deep-wide-Shaoguan data channel, and build the computing power network base serving the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. Integrate into the national computing power interconnection system of "1+M+N", create regional nodes of national computing power interconnection and multiple industry nodes with distinct characteristics. Continue to promote the special action of "millisecond computing" in urban areas, actively create benchmark cities for computing networks. Promote the efficient collaboration of the data center with renewable energy networks, promote the cooperative construction of computing centers with new energy sites and power grids, strengthen computing power interconnection, collaboration, and intelligent dispatch. Accelerate the transformation of inefficient data centers and "old small scattered" data centers.
