Guangxi Water Resources Department adjusts emergency response levels for flood defense in various cities.

The current heavy rain warning has been lifted, and the flood peak in the Yujian-Guigang section of the Yujiang River and the Xijiang-Wuzhou section of the West River has receded. After comprehensive consultations and assessments, the Guangxi Department of Water Resources has decided to adjust the first-level emergency response for flood defense in Nanning and Guigang cities to second-level emergency response starting from 6pm on July 9th. The flood defense level in Wuzhou and Qinzhou cities will remain at second-level emergency response, while the flood defense level in other cities will be adjusted to third-level emergency response.
