Wisdom Financial News APP reports that Java Holdings (00251) has announced that on July 9, 2026, the seller Aerial King International Limited (an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company), the company (as a seller guarantor), and the buyer Ms. Chen Lihong have entered into an agreement to sell the property located at 1 Shouson Hill Road East, Hong Kong, for a total cash consideration of HKD 200 million.
