Tong Ren Tang Technology (01666): Mei Zhe appointed as authorized representative

Intelligent Finance and Economics APP news, Tong Ren Tang Technology (01666) announced that, starting from July 9, 2026, (i) Mr. Han Guanzhao (Mr. Han) has resigned as the company's board secretary due to job adjustments; and (ii) Ms. Ma Yongyi (Ms. Ma) no longer serves as the authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Securities Listing Rules of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (the Listing Rules) due to job adjustments. Ms. Ma continues to serve as the company secretary and as the authorized agent for receiving legal process documents and notices in Hong Kong on behalf of the company under Rule 19A.13(2) of the Listing Rules and Section 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong).
