Yongxing Corporation announced that the Board of Directors recently received a written resignation report from Chairman Zhang Xueqiu. He resigned from the positions of Chairman, Director, and related duties on July 9 due to reaching the legal retirement age, with his original term set to expire on August 24, 2028. After resigning, he will not hold any other position, and he does not hold any shares or have any unfulfilled commitments. His resignation does not affect the operations of the Board of Directors. Before a new Chairman is selected, Director Zhu Xiaofeng will temporarily assume the responsibilities of the Chairman. The company will promptly complete the replacement election and selection process.
