Baosteel Group: Chairman, Vice President, and others resign, plan to elect new directors and CFO.

Baosteel Group announced that at the board meeting held on July 9th, multiple personnel adjustments were approved. Due to work adjustments, Zhang Zhao will no longer serve as chairman and Liu Mi will no longer serve as director and CFO. Both individuals will continue to work within the Baosteel Group. Guo Wei will no longer serve as vice general manager but will remain in the company. The board agreed to appoint Chen Wenzhuo and Chang Guoxing as non-independent directors, with Chen Wenzhuo proposed as the candidate for chairman and Chang Guoxing appointed as CFO. The appointment of directors is subject to approval at the upcoming extraordinary shareholders' meeting.
