Baotou Steel Group: Intends to adjust the prices of rare earth ore related transactions in the third quarter of 2026.

Baosteel Corporation announced that, according to the rare earth concentrate price adjustment mechanism and calculation formula approved at the 2022 annual shareholders meeting, it plans to adjust the price of rare earth concentrate related transactions for the third quarter of 2026 to be 38,565 yuan/ton without tax. For every 1% increase or decrease in REO, the price will change by 771.30 yuan without tax. Both parties have agreed to adjust the price in the first month of each quarter, renegotiate the supply contract or supplement the agreement, and announce the changes.
