According to the data from Morgan Stanley Wealth Management's Global Investment Committee, the "Seven Tech Giants" in the U.S. currently have a valuation premium of only 10% relative to the other 493 stocks in the S&P 500 index, setting a record low in over a decade. "In contrast, we believe these super-sized cloud giants are looking really cheap right now," wrote Lisa Shalett, Chief Investment Officer at Morgan Stanley Wealth Management, in a report on Tuesday.
