L'Oreal Group and Open Cloud Group signed a 50-year exclusive beauty makeup authorization agreement for the Gucci brand.

On July 7th local time, following today's announcement by Kering Group of the early repurchase of Gucci beauty license agreement held by Coty Group, in accordance with the strategic alliance terms reached between Kering Group and L'Oreal Group on October 19, 2025, L'Oreal announced the signing of an exclusive beauty license agreement for a period of 50 years, responsible for the research and development, production, and distribution of Gucci brand fragrances and beauty products. According to L'Oreal, this new licensing agreement will officially take effect on July 1, 2027, after obtaining relevant regulatory approvals. At that time, L'Oreal will fully take over the development and operational management of Gucci beauty global business.
