Senior macro analyst Wu Qiyin of GF Securities analyzed that the pace of issuance of national bonds and local government bonds in the first half of the year was not as good as the same period last year, especially in the third quarter, the pace of issuance is expected to accelerate. Combining the bond issuance plans announced by various provinces, the scale of issuance of new special bonds for infrastructure in the third quarter is significantly larger than in the second quarter; coupled with the slow pace of issuance of special bonds in the third quarter of 2025, it is estimated that the issuance of special bonds in the third quarter will increase by 30% year-on-year, with a similarly significant increase on a quarter-on-quarter basis.
