SpaceX partners with Cursor to release Grok 4.5
SpaceXAI released Grok 4.5 on Wednesday, focusing on code writing and intelligent agent tasks, incorporating legal and financial services into target application scenarios. SpaceXAI stated that Grok 4.5 was trained using tens of thousands of NVIDIA GB300 GPUs, and AI programming startup company Cursor will integrate the Grok 4.5 model for code development. SpaceX announced last month that it will acquire Cursor in an all-stock transaction to seize the enterprise AI tools race track. As a competitor, OpenAI originally planned to release its flagship model GPT-5.6 last month, but it was postponed due to the US government's request for a temporary halt citing national security risks from the misuse of AI technology. This model will officially be released this Thursday.
