The Zhongtong Finance APP reports that Xingjiao Motorhome (00805.HK) has announced that on July 3, 2026, the company's indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary, Xinglong Cui, entered into a factory construction and leasing contract with Long Cui Zhejiang. Under this agreement, Xinglong Cui agreed to lease and Long Cui Zhejiang agreed to rent out the factory to be constructed on the target land, with a fixed lease term of 20 years from the start of the lease. The target land is located at 333 Tongren Road, Wutong District, Tongxiang City, Zhejiang Province, China, with an area of approximately 14,951 square meters.
