Wington Finance APP News, Weichai Power (02338.HK) announced that Mr. Yuan Hongming has resigned from his position as an executive director of the company and a member of the Strategic Development and Investment Committee (Strategic Development and Investment Committee) due to reaching the statutory retirement age, effective July 3, 2026. Mr. Yuan Hongming will no longer hold any position within the group after his resignation.
