Weichai Power: Executive Director Yuan Hongming retires.

On the evening of July 3rd, it was announced that Mr. Yuan Hongming has applied to resign from the position of executive director of the company, as well as a member of the strategic development and investment committee of the board of directors, due to reaching the statutory retirement age. After resigning from the above positions, Mr. Yuan Hongming will no longer hold any positions in the company. The company's fifth temporary board meeting in 2026 reviewed and approved the election of Mr. Liu Yi as an executive director of the seventh board of directors. This matter still needs to be submitted to the shareholders' meeting for approval.
