Deko Li announced that Ms. Qian Mingying, a shareholder holding more than 5% of the company's shares, plans to reduce her holdings by 1.5924 million shares through inquiry transfer, accounting for 1.00% of the total share capital and 12.15% of her shareholding. The reason for the transfer is for her own capital needs. This inquiry transfer will not be conducted through centralized bidding or block trading. The transferee will be institutional investors, who are not allowed to transfer the shares within 6 months after acquisition.
