Yiwei Lithium Energy announced that on July 3, 2026, the 12th meeting of the seventh session of the Board of Directors of the company agreed that its subsidiaries Yiwei Power and Jingmen Chuangneng would respectively establish R&D branches in Huizhou, and authorized their management to handle relevant procedures. The establishment of R&D branches is within the approval authority of the board of directors and does not constitute a major asset restructuring or related party transaction.
