Zhengyou Technology announced that the Nomination Committee of the company's fourth board of directors has conducted a review of the qualifications of independent director candidate Li Xiaogen. Li Xiaogen does not hold any shares, has no relationship with the company's directors, supervisors, senior executives, actual controllers, or shareholders holding more than 5% of the shares, and there is no situation that would disqualify him from serving as an independent director, meeting the relevant qualifications and independence requirements.
