Tax Friend Co., Ltd. announced that, as the company has relocated to a new headquarters building in February 2025, the original headquarters building is now vacant. The company plans to transfer the office building located at 3738 Nanhuan Road, Puyan Street, Binjiang District, Hangzhou, to Hangzhou Rui Meng Technology Co., Ltd. for 116 million yuan. This transaction does not constitute a related party transaction or a major asset restructuring, has been approved by the board of directors, and still requires approval from the shareholders' meeting and relevant government departments. This sale aims to revitalize assets, recover funds, and align with the company's long-term development strategy.
