The State Council has issued the "Beautiful China Construction "Fifteenth Five-Year Plan", which mentions increasing the efforts to transform key industries such as thermal power, steel, non-ferrous metals, petrochemicals, chemicals, building materials, etc. into energy-saving and carbon-reducing industries, promoting the popularization of energy-saving and low-carbon technologies, and achieving a standard coal-saving of more than 150 million tons. Focus on the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and surrounding areas, gradually phasing out industrial coal-fired boilers with a steam capacity of 65 tons/hour and below. Promote the replacement of coal-fired boilers and industrial kilns in industries such as food, textiles, and papermaking with clean energy sources.
