Wisdom Financial News APP News, Henderson Land Development (00014) announced that on July 3, 2026, Grand Union Estate Limited (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) as the seller and the buyers respectively entered into agreements. According to the terms and conditions of Agreement 1, Grand Union intends to sell Unit 1 to Buyer A BGC Limited for a price of 36.3265 million Hong Kong dollars; according to the terms and conditions of Agreement 2, Grand Union intends to sell Unit 2 to Buyer B Bloomsbury Grove Limited for a price of 37.7039 million Hong Kong dollars; and according to the terms and conditions of Agreement 3, Grand Union intends to sell Unit 3 to Buyer C Ms. Wang Jingying for a price of 52.25 million Hong Kong dollars.
