Zheshu Culture: Edge Network's Participating Fund Increases Fundraising, Contribution Ratio Decreases to 5.84%

Zhejiang Shu Culture announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Bianfeng Network, is participating in the expansion fundraising of Chengdu Jichuang Chengyuan Entrepreneurship Investment Partnership Enterprise, increasing the limited partner Shanghai Moqin Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. After the expansion fundraising, the total capital contribution of the fund increased from 2.08 billion yuan to 3.08 billion yuan, with Bianfeng Network's capital contribution remaining at 18 million yuan, and its percentage decreasing from 8.65% to 5.84%. In addition, the new "Partnership Agreement" updates the list of partners, focuses on the investment field, modifies the bridge investment method, deletes the agreement on the extraction of contingent profits by special limited partners, and has no significant impact on the company's finances and operations.
