According to the Tianyancha App, on July 1st, Xuzhou Midea Smart Building Equipment Co., Ltd. was established, with Zhang Weihan as the legal representative and a registered capital of 1 million RMB. The business scope includes sales of household appliances, sales of mechanical and electrical equipment, sales of industrial automatic control system devices, etc. The company is jointly owned by Hainan Midea Building Technology Co., Ltd. and Foshan Midea Air Conditioning Industry Investment Co., Ltd.
