At the same time, the registered capital increased from 10 million RMB to about 2.68 billion RMB, with an increase of approximately 26654%. The company was established in September 2023, with Chen Zhigang as the legal representative. Its business scope includes integrated circuit manufacturing, integrated circuit design, integrated circuit chip and product manufacturing, and power electronic component manufacturing. It is now jointly owned by Xinlian Integrated and the aforementioned new shareholder.
